Customer-Submitted Files

Customers are responsible for all files, images, logos, text, and artwork submitted to our team. By uploading or sending files to us, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork. You should have permission to use it

We are not responsible for copyright violations. We don’t work with unauthorized artwork submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that has:

Vector Conversion Results

Every raster image is different. Final vector quality depends heavily on:

We work manually to produce a professional vector logo. Sometimes exact duplication may not be possible if the original image is extremely low quality.

Revisions and Adjustments

Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Vector logo services are custom digital services. Refunds are handled fairly if we fail to produce the requested logo. Refunds won’t be available for the completed work. Also,

Customers has ownership of the original image they provide.

After full payment, customers receive the rights to use the final delivered vector files for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership for your files.
